Case challenge 1 completed

Here's my entry for the very first Case Challenge, do you like them?  You'll remember there was a post last week announcing the designer that we were going to CASE, and for the very first challenge we chose the very talented Gail Murray and her Double Dutch Fold cards.  My friend Becki and I have both CASE'd the design, and here is what I came up with. Quick CASE using Petal Promenade DSP

I just had to show you the cards I made yesterday!  On Monday I received the most gorgeous card in the post from my lovely Upline, Bekka Prideaux (find her blog here!).  She is so good at celebrating our achievements, and had sent me the card on the left for my achievements in July.  Well I thought it was just stunning, so decided to CASE it as best I could. Case challenge 1 – sneak peek

I've been having lots of fun with the Case Challenge that started on Monday, and wanted to give you a sneak peek.  I decided to use the Nature's Poem suite of products, which includes the Rooted in Nature stamp set, but also the Nature's Poem Designer Series Paper and the coordinating cardstock pack.  The colours are Petal Pink, Soft Suede and Tranquil Tide, which is a colour combination I haven't used very frequently.  I paired these colours with shades found in the DSP.  Did you know that on the back of every pack of DSP it tells you the [...]

Welcome to the CASE Challenge!

CASE Challenge As part of my commitment to blog more, I've teamed up with my lovely friend Becki Ritson from Sunshine Stamping (check out her blog here!).  Our plan is to encourage each other to blog by starting a weekly challenge to CASE projects we love and people we admire, and just like that, the CASE Challenge was born!
